This is essentially the same model.
Meizu will present on May 8 two flagships at once: Meizu 17 – cheaper, and Meizu 17 Pro – more expensive. Until recently, it was not clear how these models differ, but now the usually well-informed Chinese insider has answered this question.
As it turned out, according to key and even secondary parameters, Meizu 17 and 17 Pro are one and the same model. No differences are expected in either the platform part or the camera part. And even the amount of memory should be the same. What is the difference then? The Meizu 17 Pro, unlike the younger brother, will have wireless charging, LPDDR5 memory instead of LPDDR4X, and a ceramic case. According to preliminary data, the cost of this model starts at $ 640, while Meizu 17, of course, will be cheaper.
Since most of the characteristics of these models are unified, it means they will receive 6.5-inch OLED screens with a frame frequency of 90 Hz, SoC Snapdragon 865, batteries with a capacity of 4500 mAh, front cameras with a resolution of 32 megapixels and multi-module main cameras with a main sensor with a resolution of 64 megapixels.
