Toyota has been able to restart all production lines at its Japanese factories that have been shut down since the October 16 incident.
Then an explosion occurred at a factory owned by Chuo Spring, where suspension springs are produced. Chuo Spring said on Friday it had repaired damaged production equipment.

On October 23, Toyota said that work had resumed at some factories in the country, but all other lines started working only today.
Because of the situation, 13 assembly lines at the concern’s eight automobile plants were idle. Parts shortages have halted production of the Corolla, Land Cruiser, RAV4, and other models.
