Sony Interactive Entertainment has partnered with Bluepoint Games and SIE Japan Studio to release a trailer for the Demon’s Souls remake for PlayStation 5.

According to Gavin Moore, creative director of SIE Worldwide Studios, the one-minute video provides “a glimpse of some of the many wonders in the worlds of Boletaria .

In particular, the video demonstrates excerpts from a couple of cutscenes, a variety of locations, several bosses (including those that have not been shown before), and ordinary opponents.

Among other things, Moore said on the PlayStation blog site that the rejuvenation of Demon’s Souls was a real honor for the developers: the team thought about a remake for many years, but it would not have been possible to implement it adequately before the PS5.

“Now that the game is finally released, it’s up to you to put on your armor, gather courage into a fist, and go to explore the amazing world of Demon’s Souls on PS5 in person,” Moore said.

For those who go to conquer Demon’s Souls for the first time, Sony Interactive Entertainment has prepared a small adventurer’s guide. Be careful: there may be minor spoilers on the link.

The remake of Demon’s Souls is one of the launch games for the PlayStation 5, which means it will be available simultaneously with the launch of the console – today, November 12, in the US and other countries of the first wave, and on the 19th in the rest of the world.
