Lenovo is preparing a budget smartphone with a large battery and Android 10

Lenovo smartphones have been subtle on the market lately. Apparently, the company is content with sales of its Motorola mobile division and is not particularly eager to promote devices under its own brand. However, the ultra-budget smartphone Lenovo A8 with model number L10041, which was spotted in the GeekBench database today, is due to hit the market soon.

It is worth noting that the device has previously been certified by TUV Rheinland and the regulatory authorities in Thailand, which indicates its imminent release. According to reports, the smartphone will be built on a low-power processor MediaTek Helio P22 with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz. It is based on eight Cortex-A53 cores. The amount of RAM will be 4 GB, which is not so little for devices of this class. The operating system will be Android 10. As for the GeekBench test results, the smartphone scored only 157 points in single-core and 803 points in multi-core tests.

According to the TUV Rheinland database, the smartphone will receive a 5000-mAh battery, which, given the weak hardware platform, can provide a long battery life. Unfortunately, the maximum charging power is only 10W. The rest of the details about the device are still unknown, but they should appear in the coming days.
