Lenovo to unveil YOGA laptops and tablets on April 22
Lenovo has announced the date of the announcement of the new YOGA and Xiaoxin series devices. In the official account of the company on the social network Weibo, it is reported that the event is dedicated to the presentation of the new YOGA series notebooks and devices produced exclusively for the Chinese market; the Xiaoxin series will take place on April 22.
The company also posted a poster on Weibo with images of the devices it plans to unveil at the event.
Among the new products in the YOGA series is the YOGA 5G laptop in a 2-in-1 form factor, which, as the name suggests, has a built-in 5G modem. The poster also shows the YOGA Duet 2021 tablet, which will replace the Yoga Duet 2020 model, known in the global market as the Yoga Duet 7i. Thanks to the removable keyboard, it can also be used as a laptop. Also on display at the event will be the YOGA GaN charger, which will be available in black and white.
As previously announced by Lenovo, the Yoga Duet 2021 will be nearly identical to its predecessor Yoga Duet 2020, except for the processor. Depending on the configuration, the laptop will ship with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 or i7-1165G7 generation Tiger Lake processor, up to 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, and an M.2 SSD up to 1TB.
The Xiaoxin series should be supplemented by the Air 15 2021, Pro 16 2021, and Air 14 Plus 2021 models. It was also previously reported about the upcoming Plus tablet, whitablet’s upcoming announcement represents the Tab P series on the world market. Still, it is not among the devices depicted on the poster. Perhaps it will be presented a little later.
