Lenovo will present a new generation gaming smartphone on April 8
Lenovo, following its competitors, is announcing a new generation gaming smartphone: the published teaser suggests that the powerful device will debut on April 8.
This is the Legion 2 Pro model with premium features. The developer claims to be preparing “a hero who can solve problems that others cannot do .” Thus, Lenovo hints at features that have not yet been found in gaming machines.
Network sources note that one of the device’s features will be a highly efficient active cooling system with two turbofans. Such a solution will be implemented in a smartphone for the first time.
The “heart” of the novelty will be the Snapdragon 888 processor. This chip combines eight computing cores with a frequency of up to 2.84 GHz, the Adreno 660 graphics accelerator, and the Snapdragon X60 5G modem.
It is assumed that the smartphone’s equipment will include up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, a display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a fast UFS 3.1 flash drive.
A rechargeable battery supposedly provides power with a capacity of 5000 mAh with support for super-fast charging with a capacity of 110 watts.
