Less than a day has passed: the console versions of Disco Elysium: the Final Cut received another patch

The developers of the role-playing detective Disco Elysium from the Estonian studio ZA / UM, in their official microblog, announced the next – the second in a day – patch for the console versions of the game.

We will remind, yesterday, April 12, the premiere of Update 1.3 took place on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Simultaneously, the developers announced that they were already “working hard” on version 1.4.

As it turned out, the new patch was not long in coming: the patch is already available for download to owners of Disco Elysium: The Final Cut on the aforementioned consoles of the PlayStation family.

Judging by the first reviews (the developers have not yet published an official list of changes), the released patch became more modest than the previous ones: only about 280 MB.

According to one of the Reddit forums which already downloaded the patch, version 1.4 brought a texture fix for a car stuck under the ice and a bug with an experiment in a church.

The patch changed the default text size in Disco Elysium: The Final Cut to the maximum available. Previously, console players complained about the too-small print.

In addition to PS4 and PS5, Disco Elysium: The Final Cut is also available on PC (Steam, GOG, EGS) and Google Stadia; however, versions for these platforms have not received a single significant patch since the release.
