What cars will be produced there is still unknown.
The Mazda Sollers production line in Vladivostok is planned to be restarted this year, tentatively in August.
This was stated by the head of the Primorsky Territory, Oleg Kozhemyako, adding that this will help increase the industrial production index in Primorye.
There are slight declines in the index of industrial production. They concern the suspension of the line at the Mazda Sollers plant. But this year we see the volume of large enterprises, an increase in state defense orders and the relaunch of this line by Mazda Sollers in August – therefore, I think we will even even out that indicator in terms of the industrial production index for finished products.

Previously, the Mazda Sollers plant in Vladivostok produced Mazda 6, Mazda CX-5 and Mazda CX-9 for the Russian market. In 2021, 28 thousand cars were produced.
The plant has been idle since May last year, while Mazda sold its share to Sollers.
