The product is manufactured using 7-nanometer technology at TSMC factories. It is based on eight computing cores: two Cortex-A76 cores with a clock frequency of 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.0 GHz.

The platform supports operation with LPDDR4x-2133 RAM, the maximum volume of which can be 12 GB. The use of UFS 2.2 flash modules is allowed.

The graphics subsystem contains the ARM Mali-G57 MC2 accelerator with a frequency of 950 MHz. Supports displays with resolutions up to 2520 x 1080 pixels and refresh rates up to 90 Hz. Devices based on the new chip can be equipped with 64-megapixel cameras and cameras in the configuration of 16 + 16 million pixels.
