Hardware platform – at the level of Xiaomi 13 and other flagships
Today, Meizu officially launched the Meizu 20 line of latest flagships in China, with the Meizu 20 Pro at the top of the series. According to rumors, this device should be cheap , but in reality it turned out to be even cheaper: the basic version with 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory is estimated at only $580. Other options are 12/256GB for $640 and 12/512GB for $700.
Meizu 20 Pro received an AMOLED screen manufactured by Samsung of the latest generation E6. Diagonal – 6.81 inches, resolution – 2K +, frame rate – 120 Hz. The display supports HDR10 +, provides coverage of 100% of the DCI-P3 color space. The fingerprint scanner is under the screen, the display is protected by the tempered glass Gorilla Glass Victus.
The hardware platform is based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 flash memory. That is, everything here is absolutely at the level of the flagships of other companies.
Meizu 20 Pro unveiled
With a rather thin body of 7.8 mm, the Meizu 20 Pro received a decent battery capacity – 5000 mAh. It supports 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The Meizu 20 Pro supports Wi-Fi 7 and UWB near-field communication, the latter being able to be used to access the car.
The main camera is represented by three sensors, all have a resolution of 50 megapixels. The camera is endowed with an assistant in the form of a dTOF module and provides shooting with a double optical zoom. The front camera is with a 32-megapixel sensor.
Meizu 20 Pro, like its younger brother Meizu 20, runs the latest Flyme 10 skin based on Android 13.
