The Windows 10 update on April 14th under KB4549951 was supposed to patch four very serious security holes in the operating system. The update was highly recommended for all users.

Among the complaints are the “ blue screen of death”, a global system crash, disconnected Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, connection problems, poor performance, and the deletion or movement of user files without permission. Users nicknamed this update “a real disaster.”

Microsoft noticed complaints about some of these shortcomings and confirmed that it is now investigating “Bluetooth, the blue screen of death, and related issues” in KB4549951. The company also noted that now it does not have enough statistics and user reviews, since complaints were published on social networks. Microsoft asked to send feedback through the standard Windows Feedback Hub app (Feedback Center) so that developers can learn everything.
