Users complain about OneDrive crashes
The new version of Windows 10 (version 2004 or May 2020 Update), released by Microsoft in late May, was very problematic. The company recognized another such flaw.
Microsoft has recognized another problem with the new version of Windows 10
After installing Windows 10 May 2020 Update, users complain about branded cloud storage, they can’t access files synchronized with OneDrive. The problem appears if the files were synchronized with OneDrive before the May update was installed. In some cases, OneDrive generally stops working after an update.
Microsoft acknowledged that the problem exists and is currently working on a fix that will be included in the next cumulative update (expected July 14).
In addition, Microsoft began distributing the interim fix using the Troubleshooter tool. Depending on the settings, it may start automatically. It can also be reached through the Start menu (Start> Settings> Update and Security> Troubleshooting).
