Asim brings a wealth of hospitality experience to his new role. His journey began in 2005, starting as a butler at the prestigious Soneva Fushi resort in the Maldives. Most recently, Asim excelled as the Resort Manager at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Hotel, where he successfully oversaw operations for the 376-room resort, encompassing the F&B division with its 10 diverse dining outlets, banquet operations, and unique dining boats.
Asim holds a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Operations from the Maldives College of Higher Education. Before his time with Minor Hotels, Kolde held leadership roles at Hyatt Hotels, gaining valuable experience in key areas like F&B and hotel management across various locations in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Beijing.
