The developers of the MIUI branded shell for Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones announced the start of the distribution of a new gesture system for MIUI 11, which was borrowed from the Android 10 operating system.
MIUI 11 adds an updated gesture system from Android 10
It is worth noting that MIUI 11 had its own gestures before, but the new system makes it even easier to navigate between running applications and quickly access useful phone features.
The developers added that so far this function is available only in the Chinese firmware, but it is actively going through the beta testing phase, so in the near future we should expect the appearance of functionality in the global firmware version MIUI 11.
To activate the new gesture system, you need to go to the settings, select “Display”, then scroll down and select “Full-Screen Mode”, where to enable gesture control.
