Total War: Warhammer III will be released simultaneously on Steam and the Epic Games Store – just the same, according to the developers, will be the case with any other content released for the game.

The multiplayer mode will appear in Total War: Warhammer III at launch. It is also reported that adherents of different digital stores will be able to fight with each other.

The support for custom modifications will be available in Total War: Warhammer III from the very start of sales. The details were promised to be announced closer to the release.

Besides, Creative Assembly shared plans to merge the three Total War maps: Warhammer into one. The update will be free for owners of the entire trilogy in a specific digital store.

The developers also admitted that they would reduce support for Total War: Warhammer II in connection with the prequel approach. However, in 2021, the sequel will still receive DLC.

Total War release: Warhammer III is expected towards the end of this year exclusively on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store). Creative Assembly promises that the first reviews of the game will appear before its release.
