Fans could see how the protagonist of Cyberpunk 2077 looks from the sidelines back in mid-December 2020 thanks to the Cineagle video. Now users have the opportunity to try this mode in person.

The role-playing action movie CD Projekt RED is not intended to function from a third person, so the protagonist’s animations do not always look presentable, but occasionally fail altogether.

In addition, it is reported that work on the modification has not yet been completed – the author is going to eliminate the mode’s shortcomings and numerous bugs (for example, the disappearance of the hero’s head).

To install the third-person mode, you will need the Cyber Engine Tweaks modification, which fixes a number of errors, and also gives access to the console and the Cyberpunk 2077 debug menu.

By downloading the mod for the male or female version of V (gender determines the height of the character’s neck) and dropping the files into a folder at (Cyberpunk 2077 bin x64), the user can activate the view by pressing the B button in the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10, 2020, on PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PS4, Xbox One, as well as GeForce Now and Google Stadia. The first free add-on was announced at the beginning of 2021, but most likely it will not be in time by the deadline.
