The first 150 cars have already been transferred to taxi companies
Dmitry Pronin, CEO of the Russian automobile plant Moskvich, said that Moskvich 3 urban crossovers have already appeared in taxis.
“We have already handed over 150 Moskvich 3 cars to taxi companies, and you can already see them in a taxi of one of the largest aggregators,” said the general director of Moskvich.
He added that the automaker continues to negotiate with major taxi aggregators and car sharing services regarding the supply of cars. Now Moskvich regularly receives requests from various companies to provide cars for a test drive.

As for government agencies, yes, of course, the public sector will also actively purchase our cars. In January, we handed over five electric vehicles to the Moscow Ministry of Health and several Moskvich cars to Mosgorstroynadzor.
In early April, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the conclusion of a contract under which the Moscow Yandex Taxi fleet will receive 5,000 new Moskvich 3 crossovers, including 2,000 electric ones.
Earlier, the press service of the Russian Moskvich plant in its Telegram channel published information on the supply of the first batch of Moskvich 3e electric vehicles to government agencies .
