Dmitry Pronin, CEO of the Russian automobile plant Moskvich, said that Moskvich 3 urban crossovers have already appeared in taxis.
“We have already handed over 150 Moskvich 3 cars to taxi companies, and you can already see them in a taxi of one of the largest aggregators,” said the general director of Moskvich.
He added that the automaker continues to negotiate with major taxi aggregators and car sharing services regarding the supply of cars. Now Moskvich regularly receives requests from various companies to provide cars for a test drive.

In early April, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the conclusion of a contract under which the Moscow Yandex Taxi fleet will receive 5,000 new Moskvich 3 crossovers, including 2,000 electric ones.
