Mount & Blade II has released a mod that turns the game into an MMO
The action RPG Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is still in Early Access but already offers several multiplayer modes. However, this does not suit everyone – players want MMO elements. Fortunately, a modification called Bannerlord Online was released specifically for such people.
Bannerlord Online transforms Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord’s single-player action RPG into an MMO with hundreds of players who can gather armies, fight and do work. The modification told on the ModDB page that in Bannerlord Online, the economy is controlled by users – players can work in the fields and extract raw materials that other gamers turn into food, weapons, and armor for the army.
Currently, the mod supports battles in the “100 vs. 100” format, but they plan to expand them to “200 vs. 200”. Bannerlord Online servers are located in Russia and can accommodate 800 players. Also in the plans – the opening of European and American servers.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is only available on PC, just like the Bannerlord Online mod.
