Redmi presents the new flagship as a gaming smartphone
Redmi has published new teasers dedicated to its flagship Redmi K60 Ultra (aka Redmi K60 Extreme Edition). All of them in one way or another relate to the capabilities of the device in games.
So, the creators claim that the device supports a frame rate of 144 Hz in more than 100 games. At the same time, power consumption in such a heavy mode for hardware components is reduced, and the smoothness of the picture, on the contrary, is increased. Apparently, this is achieved mainly through the use of an “independent X7 graphics chip”, which also provides upscaling of 720p video to 1.5K – the resolution of a smartphone screen.
New details about Redmi K60 Ultra/Extreme Edition
The premiere of Redmi K60 Ultra will take place in August, but the date has not yet been announced. Redmi said that this model will be among the first to receive MIUI 15.
