iOS 16.4.1 will be released in the coming days

According to MacTumours, Apple is preparing to release iOS 16.4.1 firmware update for iPhone smartphones. There is no exact date, but there is information that it will be released this or next week.

Minor updates like these are usually focused on fixing bugs and improving security. iOS 16.4 was released last week, after which some iPhone users complained about having to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords. There was also a problem with loading data in the Weather app. iOS 16.4.1 should address these and other issues.

Apple Customer Support responded to media inquiries about a broken weather app days after the issue was reported . For users who do not see weather information in the weather app, Apple Support recommends that you try restarting your device or updating the firmware to the latest version.

At the same time, iOS 16.5 is in the testing phase. Apple released the first iOS 16.5 beta last week with a few minor changes, including the addition of a Sports tab to the Apple News app and the ability to start screen recording with Siri. iOS 16.5 is likely to be released in May.

Apple is expected to announce iOS 17 at WWDC 2023, which will be held from June 5 to 9.
