Added various smart systems and enlarged screen
Mazda has introduced an updated Mazda3 model for the Japanese market, which received a new Ceramic Metallic body color and an enlarged multimedia system screen.
Also added are remote engine start from a smartphone application, improved electronic assistants that more accurately recognize obstacles and pedestrians, an Inattentive Warning driver control function, and an automatic call to a security company in the event of an alarm.
The cabin has a new multimedia system with a 10.25-inch screen, while the current generation has an 8.8-inch screen. The new Mazda3 will get backlit USB-C ports, and there will also be wireless charging for smartphones.
New Mazda3 2023 unveiled
For the Japanese market, a hybrid version of the e-SkyActiv-G 2.0 (156 hp, 199 Nm) and a version with a Skyactiv-D 1.8 diesel engine (130 hp, 270 Nm) and a turbocharged e-Skyactiv X (190 HP, 240 Nm). A choice of manual or automatic transmissions will be offered. Drive Mazda3 can be front or full.
The debut of the current generation Mazda3 took place in 2018.
