As promised as part of the announcement of the game, the release did not take long. New Pokemon Snap will go on sale on April 30th this year, exclusively on Nintendo Switch.

New Pokemon Snap pre-orders have started only in digital so far. In the Nintendo eShop, the project is sold for 4499 rubles. The cost in Russian retail is not specified at this stage.

The New Pokemon Snap release date was commented on by Nick Chavez, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Nintendo’s US division.

“This new game will be a fun addition to the strong line of Pokemon projects available on Nintendo Switch. We can’t wait to see your photos when the New Pokemon Snap comes out on April 30th, ” Chávez said.

Recall that in New Pokemon Snap, players get the role of a photographer with Professor Mirror and his assistant Rita. The user is required to capture the Pokémon in their natural habitat.

New Pokemon Snap promises “beautiful islands” and “diverse ecosystems” to explore, the ability to discover the habits of wild creatures, and complete your very own Pokemon Photo code.
