California-based Tesla is often accused of developing cars without relying on cold climates. Owners of the new Model 3 and Model Y 2021 models have begun to complain that the heating system stops working in electric vehicles in cold weather. Both of these models are equipped with a new heat pump system. However, it is not yet known what exactly caused the problems.
Tesla itself has not yet commented on the situation. However, Tesla forums and communities on Facebook for the northern regions have been flooded with complaints from Tesla Model 3 and Model Y 2021.
