New trailer for shooter Necromunda: Hired Gun introduces the hive city
Publisher Focus Home Interactive and studio Streum On have presented a fresh trailer for the upcoming shooter Necromunda: Hired Gun, which this time is dedicated to Necromunda itself. It is a hive city with countless weapons factories of the Imperium, an entire sea of people, constant gang wars, and violence.
The player will become a bounty hunter in this unsightly world. The work is difficult and bloody but well paid, and orders are always plentiful. Sometimes contracts are just ordered for murder; sometimes it is a search for missing people; often it is the extraction of information, and so on. Along the way, you will have to visit all the places of the Lower Hive.
The game will also feature huge trains rushing through war zones and kilometers-long ancient factories with monstrous smelting furnaces, unusual fortresses, chemical laboratories, and gladiatorial arenas wreckage of starships; and a lot of enemies. In general, the adventure is expected to be eventful.
The trailer also shows Martyr’s Reach – the place where all the fun takes place in this corner of Necromunda. Here the player will meet everyone he needs: from the famous bounty hunter Cal Jericho, who saved the life of the main character, to the barmaid, who is always ready to provide alcohol and information. We will have to change equipment, improve bionic implants, modify the character and choose new contracts.
Necromunda: Hired Gun will be released on June 1, 2021, on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X, and S. Pre-orders are already being accepted – for example, on Steam, the game now costs RUR 1,359.15.
