Next Battlefield will be marked with new modes and “crazy moments that are only in Battlefield”
VentureBeat hosted a videoconference with women developing games. Joining the event was Laura Miele, Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Arts In-House Studios. She spoke a little about the new Battlefield that DICE and EA are planning to release this year.
As reported by GameSpot, citing the source, the executive’s statement reads: “This is the sandbox that DICE has always provided players with weapons, vehicles, and destructible environments. It also has crazy moments that only exist in Battlefield. This game came about thanks to the players. So, as you can imagine, harnessing all this power and superpower that the franchise has and building a future game based on it has become part of our strategy. The new modes added [in the upcoming Battlefield] are intended to provide users with a better experience [in-game]. ”
As a reminder, DICE general manager Oskar Gabrielson recently revealed that the next Battlefield would hit audiences with “unprecedented scale and fateful battles. ” According to him, a full-fledged announcement of the project should take place “soon.”
