Huawei Aito machines can no longer be called that way
Huawei undertook to defend its trademark by prohibiting partners from using it or the Huawei logo to promote their products.
In this case, we are talking about the partners of the Chinese giant, whose products are somehow related to Huawei, but are not products of Huawei itself. For example, Aito cars, which were often even called Huawei Aito, actually have a very indirect relationship with Huawei. And the company had to remove the name of the partner and its logos from all their products.
No more Huawei cars.
At the same time, Aito has not used Huawei in any way illegally before: the latter allowed its brand to be exploited accordingly. Now it is prohibited. A Huawei spokesperson said that some partners began to abuse the brand.
Smartphone manufacturers that are affiliated with Huawei will be able to continue using the design, but not the logo and brand. The same applies to various smart electronics.
