In addition to the Nokia 5310 music phone and the “almost flagship” Nokia 8.3 5G smartphone, HMD Global introduced a pair of Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 1.3 anti-crisis smartphones.

Nokia 5.3 is an inexpensive model with a quad camera, while Nokia 1.3 has the main advantages – a very low cost and a rare removable battery.
Both models work immediately with the Android 10 operating system. The Nokia 5.3 smartphone got a clean platform as part of the Android One program, while the Nokia 1.3 has Android 10 (Go Version) installed, adapted for low-power cheap smartphones. For both models, an upgrade to Android 11 is promised.
Nokia 5.3 is equipped with a 6.55-inch HD + screen (720 x 1600 pixels), an 8-megapixel front camera, a quad-core camera with 13 megapixel, 5 megapixel, 2 megapixel, and 2-megapixel sensors, a fingerprint scanner, SoC Snapdragon 665, 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal flash memory, a 4000 mAh battery.
Nokia 1.3 received a 5.7-inch HD + display (1520 x 720 pixels), single cameras with 5 and 8 megapixels, SoC Snapdragon 215, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal flash memory, a removable battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh.
Nokia 5.3 in turquoise, graphite and sand colors will be available in the second quarter of 2020 at an estimated retail price of 189 euros for a model with 4 GB / 64 GB of RAM and flash memory.
Nokia 1.3 in turquoise, graphite and golden colors will appear on sale in the second quarter of 2020 at an estimated retail price of 95 euros.
