System76, which launched the Lemur laptop with the Ubuntu OS in 2016, announced the start of sales of the Lemur Pro model. The key advantages of the new product are the long battery life provided by a 73 Wh battery: without recharging, you can watch the video for 10 hours or 16 hours, browse the Internet or 21 hours work with program texts in the VIM editor. Another plus is open firmware.

The basis of the mobile system is the 10th generation Intel Core quad-core processor. This can be an i5-10210U operating at a frequency of 1.6-4.2 GHz, or an i7-10510U operating at a frequency of 1.8-4.9 GHz. The configuration can include 8, 16, 24 or 40 GB of DDR4-2666 memory. The system drive is played by SSD size M.2 from 240 GB to 2 TB, and you can choose a drive with SATA or PCIe interface. It is possible to install a second SSD of size M.2 from 250 GB to 2 TB with a PCIe interface.

The Full HD matte screen size is 14.1 inches. The laptop equipment includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth, USB 3.1 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, microSD slot, stereo speakers, HD camera, headset jack.

The computer can come with one of three 64-bit free OS: Pop! _OS 19.10, Pop! _OS 18.04 LTS or Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. The basic configuration costs $ 1,099.
