Nothing has announced that its Nothing Phone (1) smartphone will soon receive the Android 14 Beta update and will be one of the first devices to get access to the beta version of the new operating system.

Despite being a mid-range smartphone with a Snapdragon 778G+ SoC, Nothing Phone (1) will get early access to Google’s latest development. In addition, this will be the second major update for the smartphone, which was launched last year with Android 12.
The Google I/O event is scheduled for May 10th. It is expected that Google will reveal more about the upcoming Android 14 OS, as well as launch a beta testing program.
