With 94 and 64 GB of memory
Nvidia is struggling to keep up with demand for its AI accelerators, including the latest H100. And to make the product even more attractive, the company is preparing new versions of it.
According to the PCI ID database, SXM5 models with 94 and 64 GB of memory will soon enter the market.

It is worth saying that 94 GB is a very unusual amount. One would think that there is a typo, and in fact the volume will be 96 GB, but there is already an H100 NVL model with the same amount of memory.
Nvidia now has the H100 NVL with 94GB or 188GB of memory, the H100 SXM with 80GB, and the PCIe version with the same 80GB. The new options will give customers more choices. In addition, a version with 120 GB of memory was previously seen on the Web.
