The first member of the Redmi K50 series, the Redmi K50 Gaming for mobile gamers, was officially unveiled. The raw power of the device is provided by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, while the power supply is provided by a battery that supports 120 watts of fast charging. The mobility of the Redmi K50 Gaming is ensured by a 4700 mAh battery that supports 120 watts of fast charging. According to data released by Xiaomi, using the right charger can completely recharge a mobile battery that has been discharged into a bump in just 17 minutes. At the event, where the novelty was presented, an extra demonstration was held, during which the device was charged in 37 minutes while a MOBA game was running.
The Redmi K50 Gaming comes pre-installed with an Android 12 operating system, with the company’s self-developed MIUI 13 user interface with a unique look and a bunch of extra features. The novelty is available in blue, silver, and black, and there will even be a Mercedes AMG F1 edition. If we can get 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, the device could be about $ 520 (~ 162 thousand HUF), as long as we’re in China at the start of distribution on February 18th.
