Users of the expensive premium smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra began to complain about a very unpleasant problem. When using the official S-View Flip, a portion of the screen burns out on the device.
Official Samsung case spoils the Galaxy Note20 Ultra screen for 1281USD
S-View Flip allows you to control your smartphone without opening the case. A special interface and cover device allow you to view received notifications or pause the playback of music composition.
Users complain that the sidebar on the right side of the screen, which remains visible through the transparent section of the S-View Flip, suffers more burn-in than the rest of the display. In photographs, this strip on the screen is clearly visible.
The exact cause of the problem is still unknown. Samsung representatives have not given official comments yet. Presumably, the root of the problem may be a software error, due to which the area of the screen that is used when using the case does not turn off on time and works for too long.
In Russia, the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra is now offered in the official Samsung online store at a price of 1281 dollars, and the case is 640 dollars.
