Officially: Lost Judgment will be released on September 24, not only on PlayStation, but also on Xbox

As expected, on May 7, 2021, Sega publishing and development studio Ryu Ga Gotoku presented the sequel to their detective action Judgment as part of a special broadcast.

Lost Judgment

Yesterday’s leak was fully confirmed: the sequel is really called Lost Judgment and will be released on September 24 this year, as it turned out, not only on PS4 and PS5 but also on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S.

Unlike the original Judgment, Lost Judgment is scheduled to be released simultaneously around the world. Pre-orders have not yet started, but they promise to fix the situation shortly.

From the point of view of the plot, Lost Judgment will be a direct continuation of the first part. Players will play the role of the already familiar private detective Takayuki Yagami, who has surrounded himself with reliable friends and colleagues.

In the course of the passage of the sequel, users will have to solve the ideal crime: as the number of victims increases and the truth comes closer, Yagami will have to choose between law and justice.

One of the distinctive features of Lost Judgment and the new style of the combat system will be the place of action. The fans’ guesses turned out to be correct: the heroes of the sequel will indeed be brought to Yokohama.

The western release of the original Judgment took place in June 2019 on PS4. The improved version of the game went on sale on April 23, 2021, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Google Stadia cloud service.
