OnePlus has announced that the upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 will feature a three-stage mechanical switch on the side panel.
Last year, the OnePlus Ace removed the three-stage switch, which caused dissatisfaction among fans. OnePlus founder Liu Zuohu said that OnePlus is the only brand that retains a switch like this. It first appeared on the OnePlus 2, allowing you to toggle between mute, vibrate, and ring.
It also became known that OnePlus Ace 2 is equipped with a single-chip Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 system, and its result in the AnTuTu test application is 1,149,494 points, which is currently the highest score for a mobile phone on this platform.
The OnePlus Ace 2 is expected to use a Chinese-made 1.5K curved screen. It will support 2160Hz PWM. The phone will be equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 5000 mAh battery with support for 100 W fast charging.
OnePlus Ace 2 will be officially released on February 7, but pre-orders are already being accepted in China.
