And this is not an isolated case.

OnePlus smartphones are again the heroes of terrible incidents with explosions and fires. However, if earlier it was mainly about old models, then this time the brand new OnePlus Nord 2T exploded: the device decided to self-destruct after only 6 days from the date of purchase.

This time the smartphone was not on charge – it was in the user’s pocket. The explosion happened when a guy named Vipul (the incident was recorded in India) was riding a bicycle. Vipul received some pretty serious burns on his leg, but his life is not in danger.

Of course, after the incident, the user contacted OnePlus support, in which Vipul was informed that he himself was responsible for the explosion.

Recall that just a few days ago OnePlus 8 Pro exploded in the United States, then OnePlus also did not admit any fault, explaining the incident by “pressure on the motherboard” . Well, this time we can say that the smartphone is not designed to move in the user’s pocket while riding a bicycle. You never know there are loads that negatively affect the motherboard, causing overheating and explosion …

Meanwhile, the EquilLeaks Telegram channel writes that OnePlus explosions have become more frequent in India recently.
