Earlier it was reported that the thickness of the case of the new TVs will be only 6.9 mm. That is, the TV will be thinner than most modern smartphones (not only the production of OnePlus). The first image clearly demonstrates this.

The second image shows the front of the TV without a bottom frame. The device screen should occupy 95% of the front panel area.

Other posters again focus on a very narrow framework, as well as on comfortable watching movies in the dark.

Televisions received an “innovative” speaker system with speakers rotated 90 degrees for improved low-frequency sound. The back panel will be decorated in carbon, like inexpensive models.

The screens of the new TVs cover 93% of the color space of DCI-P3 and support the extended dynamic range of Dolby Vision, as well as the previously released OnePlus QLED TV with a diagonal of 55 inches with a resolution of 4K. OnePlus has also created a set of Gamma Engine technologies to improve image quality. It includes the ability to programmatically increase resolution, dynamic contrast, MEMC (Motion Estimation / Motion Compensation), and so on.

The presentation of new products is expected on July 2, there will be two models in the lineup, the youngest will cost from 145 to 265 dollars.
