Open beta testing of network action Resident Evil Re: Verse will be held in April
On the Resident Evil series’s official website, Capcom has announced plans to conduct an open beta test of the multiplayer action game Resident Evil Re: Verse.
Recall that the closed “beta” of Resident Evil Re: Verse took place at the end of January this year. One of those test results was a two-hour gameplay video of the project that surfaced on the Web.
As it became known, the open beta testing of Resident Evil Re: Verse will begin on April 8 of this year at 9:00 Moscow time and will end on April 11 at 9:00 Moscow time.
Users of all Resident Evil Re: Verse target platforms – PC (Steam), PS4, and Xbox One will be able to take part in the tests. The beta client preload will open on April 6 at 3:00 AM ET.
In addition to one of the listed systems, those wishing to try out Resident Evil Re: Verse before release will need a Capcom ID attached to the platform of their choice.
Apparently, in terms of content, the open beta will be identical to the closed one – at least the client is the same. Capcom says it wants to test gameplay systems, server balance, and stability as part of the tests.
Resident Evil Re: Verse will be available on May 7 this year, along with Resident Evil Village’s premiere: multiplayer action is included in the package of any edition of the upcoming horror.
