Beeline noted a 7-fold increase in the cost of access to apartment buildings
Moscow management organizations, including the State Budgetary Institution Zhilischnik, began in the summer to break contracts with telecom operators for the placement of their networks in apartment buildings, offering to renegotiate them at a higher price, as reported by Kommersant concerning market participants.
Since the end of August, providers began to receive letters about checking the legality of equipment placed in houses, design documentation, as well as requests to transfer cables laid by air to an underground collector. In previous contracts, the cost of placing equipment was 300–500 rubles. Now prices have increased several times. For example, Beeline noted a 7-fold increase.
Operators may lose access to apartment buildings in Moscow.
We are offered to enter into new contracts, which include the provision of additional services that we do not need. Due to these services, the cost of access to apartment buildings for placing communication equipment increases up to 7 times.

Beeline noted that if they refuse to agree on new terms, operators risk losing access to homes. MegaFon confirmed that they had received new prices (2 thousand rubles per house). According to information from Zhilischnik, the initiative with the termination and subsequent conclusion of new offers is associated with an order from the prefecture.
The Ministry of Digital Development reported that they had not received any complaints from operators.
