OPPO develops 15x hybrid zoom smartphone
The Chinese company OPPO is designing a new smartphone that can enter the Reno family: patent documentation has appeared on the Internet, revealing the design features of the upcoming device.
LetsGoDigital, in partnership with Concept Creator, offers a look at high-quality renders of the device, based on patent illustrations. The novelty will receive a display that is slightly curved on the sides of the case.
In the center of the top area of the screen, you can see a small hole for the single front camera. At the bottom are the USB Type-C port and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
The multi-module rear camera deserves special attention. Its configuration provides for the presence of three optical blocks with image sensors and flash. All elements are lined up horizontally. As planned by OPPO, this system will receive a 15x hybrid zoom.
The novelty is credited with supporting fifth-generation mobile networks (5G). The screen resolution is likely to be at least Full HD +. Unfortunately, nothing has been announced about the timing of the appearance of the commercial version of the device.
