OPPO has come up with a smartphone with a “super-curved” display, under which the front camera will hide

OPPO, one of the world’s largest smartphone suppliers, has proposed a new design for the device with a completely bezel-less display. This time we are talking about a device with a “super-curved” screen.

According to the resource LetsGoDigital, information about the development is published on the website of China’s National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The accompanying images give an idea of the construction of the gadget.

The smartphone is made in a monoblock case with virtually no bezels above and below the display. The latter is folded onto the sides of the case, actually reaching the rear panel. This design gives the device a very attractive appearance while providing additional functionality.

In particular, messages, useful information, and auxiliary touch controls can be displayed on the side sections of the display. The front camera is not visible on the smartphone – it will probably be located directly behind the screen.

Physical control buttons are made in the form of two narrow long strips located along the edges of the rear of the case. At the back is also a triple main camera with optics lined up vertically. THE asymmetrical USB Type-C port is mentioned.
