In particular, Owlcat Games is looking for a leading 3D environment artist. The applicant is required to have work experience (at least one year in a similar position) and knowledge of the “inner workings” of game development.

We are talking about a yet unannounced turn-based cRPG (that is, a computer role-playing game) in a sci-fi environment. The studio calls the project “large [and] interesting

There are no details about the mysterious cRPG on the job page, but based on the list of responsibilities, the game will be based on the Unity engine – just like Pathfinder: Kingmaker with Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.

Owlcat Games, a leading 3D environment artist, was needed in the Moscow office (next to Dmitrovskaya metro station), but the description notes that the studio switched to a remote mode of operation during the quarantine.

In addition to the unannounced turn-based cRPG, Owlcat Games is currently working on the previously mentioned Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – due out in June 2021 on PC (Steam, GOG). Release on other platforms has not yet been confirmed.

It is not known whether Chris Avellone will be involved in the creation of the new game. At the end of June, the renowned screenwriter was convicted of sexual harassment. Many studios have already severed ties with Avellon, and Owlcat Games is in no hurry.
