Recall that the release of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance was scheduled for late summer 2020, but then the premiere was postponed, and until recently the addon was expected to be released on December 31.

The new year brought with it not only the realization of the next transfer of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance but also the final release date: the expansion will go on sale on March 31, 2021, for PC (Steam).

As for the console versions, they will appear later. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, with its predecessor Repentance expansion packs, is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

We just want to bring all the features to perfection and do more thorough testing than our previous small release (The Legend of Bum-bo – approx.), Which will not be named,” – explained the delay, McMillen.

According to the game designer, The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is comparable in size to a potential sequel: there is so much content here that the addon is able to “absorb the next few years of your life

Earlier in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance promised more than 130 items, a full alternative route with its last boss and ending, 100 new enemies and 25 bosses, two playable characters and five challenges.
