The basic version of the Eclipse P500A with two fans costs 112 USD

Phanteks announced the release of the Eclipse P500A chassis and SK fans this week. A special feature of the P500A is its mesh faceplate with a 1 mm mesh pitch. According to the manufacturer, the metal mesh provides dust filtration and maximum airflow. The hinged side panel is made of tempered glass.

In a case with dimensions of 240 x 510 x 505 mm, a board of up to E-ATX size is placed. In the case, there are ten slots for expansion cards – seven horizontal and three vertical. It is possible to place up to 10 drives of standard size 3.5 inches (instead of them you can put drives of standard size 2.5 inches), however, there are only two mounts in the kit, you will have to buy additional ones separately. There are only three places for drives of standard size 2.5 inches.

In total, up to seven fans can be installed in the case. Two or three 140 mm fans are fixed on the front wall.

The power supply is located below. It can be up to 195 mm long or even up to 250 mm if you put only two of the four drive brackets. The maximum allowable height of the processor cooling system is 190 mm, the length of the expansion cards is 435 mm.

The basic version of the Eclipse P500A with two fans, available only in black, costs 100 euros. The option with three fans, backlight on the PSU cover and backlight controller, offered in black and white, costs 146 dollars.
