Pillars of Eternity is a classic RPG from Obsidian Entertainment. Tyranny is also developed by Obsidian Entertainment. The action takes place in a gloomy world conquered by the despot Kairos, where the player is assigned the role of judge, investigator and executioner all rolled into one. The course of a non-linear story strongly depends on your decisions, and an interesting universe and intricate role-playing system successfully complement the plot. The game scored 80 points on Metacritic.
