Players have found a way to unlock all character classes in the Diablo II: Resurrected alpha
The journalists of the portal PCGamesN noticed that the participants in the alpha testing of Diablo II: Resurrected managed to get access to all seven character classes from the upcoming remaster.
Recall that the first stage of the “alpha” Diablo II: Resurrected assumed the assembly’s presence; among other things, only three heroes – the barbarian, the sorceress, and the Amazon that outraged the developer of the original game.
As gamers found out shortly after the launch of alpha testing, with the hit of 2000 from Blizzard, the upcoming remaster combines, among other things, the lion’s share of the code, which folk artisans did not hesitate to use.
Armed with the unofficial character editor Hero Editor, enthusiasts have learned to replace existing characters in the “alpha” of Diablo II: Resurrected with locked heroes.
To do this, it was enough to create a character and indicate in the editor that, for example, the barbarian available in the game is actually a murderer. In this case, the system took over all other operations.
Since its opening, enthusiasts have managed to publish a demonstration of the abilities of all the remaining classes: the already mentioned assassin, paladin, druid, and necromancer.
Diablo II’s release: Resurrected is expected this year on PC (Battle.net), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch. At least one more alpha testing will take place on all target platforms in anticipation of the release.
