Presented phones Nokia 6300 4G and Nokia 8000 4G, which do not look like the same Nokia

After a series of rumors and leaks, HMD Global has officially unveiled the modern version of the legendary Nokia 6300 phone, as well as the Nokia 8000 phone. The new items are based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 205 and Snapdragon 210 mobile platforms, respectively, and offer 4G / LTE cellular support.

The Nokia 6300 4G and Nokia 8000 4G are based on the classic design of monoblock push-button smartphones. The devices received, respectively, 2.4- and 2.8-inch screens with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels, support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, A-GPS, Micro-USB connectors, and batteries with a capacity of 1500 mAh. Both phones run the KaiOS operating system, have support for Google Assistant, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, and hundreds of other KaiStore apps.

The characteristics of the Nokia 6300 4G are as follows:

  • 2.4-inch QVGA display;
  • Qualcomm 205 (MSM8905) dual-core processor with a frequency of 1.1 GHz and an Adreno 304 graphics core;
  • 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM with support for microSD memory cards up to 32 GB;
  • Support for two nano-SIM-cards and the presence of a VGA-camera are declared.

You can also note the presence of a 3.5 mm audio jack and support for FM radio. The dimensions of the Nokia 6300 4G are 131.4 x 53.0 x 13.7 mm. Weight is 104.7 g. The device will be available in Cyan Green, Light Charcoal, and Powder White. The manufacturer estimates the novelty at 49 euros ($ 58).

The Nokia 8000 4G features a larger display, slightly more powerful processor, and a 2MP camera with flash. The device weighs 110.2 grams and measures 132.2 x 56.5 x 12.34 mm. The company estimates this model at 79 euros ($ 93). The new product will be available in Onyx Black, Opal White, Topaz Blue, and Citrine Gold.

The Nokia 6300 4G and Nokia 8000 4G will be available soon.
