Tesla has introduced the cheapest version of the Model Y crossover. In addition to the Model Y Long Range and Model Y Performance, a version is now offered, simply called Model Y.
Unlike the Model 3, the cheapest Model Y is still equipped with a twin-motor all-wheel drive transmission. In fact, the main difference lies in the reduced power reserve. The EPA estimates a range of 449 km compared to 531 km for the Long Range model and 487 km for the Performance version.
