Project Cars 3 Launch Trailer And Low Critics

Bandai Namco Entertainment and Slightly Mad Studios have released this year’s Project Cars 3 racing simulator on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, with next-gen consoles coming soon. An eventful trailer was shown for the occasion.

It starts with a bird’s-eye view of the picturesque game tracks, and closer to the middle of the video, the camera drops below to demonstrate in all its glory the racing cars rushing along the roads at great speed. The trailer talks about the opportunity to go from amateur to legend; encourages collecting and improving cars; promises excellent interaction with the controller and the largest tracks in the series.

Let’s remind: the game offers over 200 elite road and racing cars, more than 120 tracks of the world, a variety of sets for converting cars into a racing class, ample opportunities to improve cars with realistic details, support for custom car paintings and driver settings.

For those not simulator-ready, Project Cars 3 offers flexible assistive mechanisms to make driving easier. And for avid gamers, there is a convenient and realistic control. Promised a vivid sense of speed, a 24-hour cycle of the time of day, changing seasons and weather, spectacular effects of accidents and collisions, as well as improved AI. In addition to the career mode, there are various options for online play, fun, and gambling daily challenges.

Unfortunately, on Metacritic, the rating of the new racing simulator is still noticeably slower than the indicators of the first (83 points out of 100) and the second (84 points) parts of Project Cars. At the time of writing, the game scored 70 on PC, 73 on PS4, and 68 on Xbox One. Ratings from players on PC are not yet available, and on both consoles, races have received less than 4 points.
