Smartphones expected this fall
Back in February, 9to5Mac leaked insider information that Apple was planning a new dark red color variant as an “exclusive” color for the iPhone 15 Pro this year. Now, a second source confirms those plans, adding that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will be available in a new green color variant.
The same source was exactly the first to report that the iPhone 14 Pro will receive a purple standard color. He now describes the color of the iPhone 15 Pro as “raspberry”. “It may be a little lighter than the dark purple color of the iPhone 14 Pro, but it’s still very deep,” adds the insider.

The green color of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is expected to be “close to the green color of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 11.” These devices were available in mint green, but it did not appear on the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 lines.
9to5Mac previously reported that Apple is testing light blue and pink as other color options for entry-level iPhone 15 models.
Presumably, the presentation of the iPhone 15 will take place in September this year.
