The developers have previously reported that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will offer a 60fps mode. Now it became known that the game will be played in dynamic 4K resolution, and not native, with HDR support. This means that the picture quality will change depending on the scene on the screen for the sake of a stable frame rate.

“Improved lighting and ray tracing provide super sharp images. Stunning gaming worlds are shown in crisp 4K dynamic resolution and HDR as you strive to save the universe. Enjoy the best performance mode at 60 frames per second as you face new enemies in multiple dimensions, ”reads the description.

Sony Interactive Entertainment also listed other features of the PlayStation 5 game: instant loading, adaptive triggers and tactile feedback from the DualSense controller, and 3D spatial audio.

In Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, you will travel across dimensions and planets with Ratchet and Clank. The main villain of the game is the emperor, who controls robots and seeks to destroy organic life. The heroes will have a new arsenal of weapons and gadgets, including those that violate the laws of physics. Also in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart you will meet old acquaintances and new faces, including a mysterious Lombax girl from another dimension. She will become the second protagonist of the game.
